SUMMARY:Miss Hometown Trail Days Pageant
DESCRIPTION:Miss Hometown Trail Days  \nSaturday\, May 6\, 2023 Bradshaw Event Center  \nAge Divisions: Baby Miss 0-23 months Little Miss 5-6 years Tiny Miss 2 years Young Miss 7-9 years  \nToddler Miss 3-4 years Jr. Miss 10-12 years  \nTeen Miss 13-15 years  \nMiss 16-22 years  \nPageant is open to Contestants from all areas. Age division determined by age the day of the pageant. This is a natural to semi-glitz event. Fake hair\, teeth\, tan\, nail and make-up are all allowed but not required.  \nThere will be a Queen and 3 runners-up in each age division. All Queens will receive a Beautiful Crown and  Sash and be asked to ride in the event parade and the Bradshaw Fall Festival Parade. Teen Miss and Miss will  be asked to serve as Parade Marshalls for Hometown Trail Days\, open the mud events\, present awards and  prizes at the mud event and allow the use of their photos and images to promote the event and the pageant  for the following year. Teen Miss and Miss Queens will also receive $50 Cash and a flower bouquet. Runners up will receive a nice award or trophy.  \n*Denim Wear Intro- $20 Only Teen and Miss Contestants will compete in this event. Contestant will wear any  blue denim bottoms with official pageant t-shirt. These Contestants will come to the front of the stage and  briefly introduce themselves (name\, age\, school\, where they are from and ambition). This event scored on  facial beauty\, poise and confidence. Score will be combined with Formal Wear score to determine Queens.   \n*Pageant Dress/Formal Wear- $35 Dress should have rhinestones or sequins. Contestants in the first 4 age  groups (Baby – Little Miss) should have short dresses with white socks and shoes\, no hats or gloves). Young  Miss has the option of a short or long dress. Jr. Miss\, Teen Miss and Miss should have a long dress or ballgown. For Teen & Miss Contestants\, this score will be combined with Denim Wear Intro score to determine Queens.  \n*Photogenic- $10 One Photogenic Queen in each age division will receive a Sash and Plaque. The photo should  be 5 x 7\, 8 x 10 or 8.5 x 11 and in a plastic sleeve of some sort. Photo may be color or black and white. Please  bring this turn in the day of the pageant at registration. Photos will be returned after judging is complete.  Extra photos may be entered for $5 each. This is a separate event and you are not required to enter. You do  not have to enter the pageant to enter this event.   \n*People’s Choice Winner- Free Contestants interested in competing for this title should bring a decorated  container with their photo and name on it to collect votes. We suggest a coffee can. Votes may be collected  before and during the pageant. The Contestant with the highest total votes ($) will receive an Extra-Large Crown and Sash and be asked to ride in both parades. Votes are monetary donations and can be any amount.  \n*Fan Favorite Winner- Free Contestant with the most fans paying admission to see them compete will win this  honor. Tentative schedule is Registration 9:00- 10:30am\, Baby Miss – Jr. Miss starts at 11:00am\, Crowning for these groups 2:30PM. Teen and Miss  groups registration 3:00-4:30 PM with pageant beginning at 5:00 pm and crowning immediately after.  \nScoresheets will be handed out after crowning and judges will be available to speak with. Master sheet  will be available to view at the judges table only! Please do not ask later! You may not copy or take pics  of the Master Sheet.  \nHTD reserves the right to rescind the title of any contestant who does not represent her title with  grace\, poise\, morality and dignity. \nProfessional pageant judges will be used. \nThere will be NO Refunds! NO exceptions!  \nEnter by April 15th to receive a $5 discount for the younger age divisions or a $10 discount for Teen and  Miss Contestants.
