LIABILITY STATEMENT WAIVER

Everyone that participates in Mountain Mud events (in the case of a minor, their parent or guardian) MUST sign a liability waiver.  NO EXCEPTIONS! You must also wear a helmet No Exceptions. We do NOT have helmets available. There may be vendors that have helmets for sale the day of the event but there is no guarantee.

You may print the below waiver to read and sign.  Bring it to Mountain Mud to speed up your registration process or you may sign one once you arrive at the event.

If you do not or refuse to sign and/or present the Liability Waiver at the time of registration and you have pre-registered for the event, you will not be reimbursed for your event passes.
